**Diablo Paso Wine Club Terms & Conditions**
1. **Membership Commitment:** Upon joining the Diablo Paso Wine Club, members commit to receiving a minimum of three shipments. This means you are pledging to indulge in our specially curated wine selection for at least a year and a half, with two 6-bottle shipments each year.
2. **Payment Authorization:** By joining the Diablo Paso Wine Club, members authorize Diablo Paso Wines to charge the card provided for their wine club shipments. This includes the cost of the wine, applicable taxes, and any shipping or handling fees, if applicable.
3. **Shipment Release:** The wine club releases typically occur twice a year. Members will be notified in advance of each shipment and will be provided with the details of the wines included, along with the total cost.
**Wine Club Pickup Policy:** Members opting for in-person collection of their wine club shipments from the tasting room have a 60-day window from the release date to do so. If the wine is not collected within this period, Diablo Paso Wines will automatically ship the wine to the address provided by the member. Any associated shipping and handling costs will be charged to the member's card on file.
4. **Customizing Shipments:** Members have the privilege to customize their wine selection, subject to availability. If no customization is made by the deadline provided, Diablo Paso Wines will curate the shipment based on our winemaker's selection.
5. **Shipping & Handling:** All wines are shipped via a licensed third-party carrier. Someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the wine upon delivery. It's the member's responsibility to verify the provided address on file is correct and where these conditions can be met. Any charges incurred for redirecting shipments or returned shipments will be the responsibility of the member.
6. **Membership Cancellation:** Members can cancel their membership after fulfilling their three-shipment commitment. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or postal mail and received at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment.
7. **Card Updates:** It is the member's responsibility to update their credit card information if their card expires or changes. Members can update their card details by contacting Diablo Paso Wines directly or through their login portal at www.diablopasowines.com.
8. **Limitation of Liability:** Diablo Paso Wines will not be responsible for damage to wines due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. It's recommended that members monitor shipment schedules and expected weather conditions.
9. **Changes to Terms & Conditions:** Diablo Paso Wines reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions of the Diablo Paso Wine Club at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
